Here, the day begins with soft sunrise light on one side, and ends with golden sunset light on the other; marking time in the simplest, most beautiful way. Tucked quietly within the heart of the town, it offers a sense of stillness just moments from everything.

From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble and it was the little thoughtful touches that elevated our stay from good to great - balloons and a card for my wife’s birthday, a basket of goodies for our Cockerpoo Max and the ‘essentials’ (milk, butter, ground coffee). Katherine even provided two vases for the flowers my wife had received from friends the day before we left! In every way, the perfect host!
The space is well designed, comfortable and extremely well equipped and we had everything we needed to cook our own meals.
Perfectly placed to explore the coast and the nearby delights at Framlingham, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Thanks so much Katherine, we loved our weekend stay. One of the best equipped AirBnBs I've stayed in, enough kitchen equipment to make meals and tidy up afterwards. Every room was spotless. Bed was cosy and comfy. Arrival and check in instructions were spot on. Great location with a Tesco and Waitrose nearby and restaurants/pubs within walking distance. We were grateful for the local tips too. Could not fault our stay.
